Note of the editor:
NEVER disassembly a Tannoy magnet. Only do this if you fail to find an alternative for your problem with your Tannoy.
Be aware of the fact that many disassembled magnets need to be remagnetized again. You need a special coil to do this.
This can be done in a speaker-factory.
