This is a later radio from around 1970, it is made by Magnavox Hong Kong, inside is a Philips chassis, that is not strange as Philips took over Magnavox. It is the same chassis as i.e. Aristona, Siera and of course Philips use in their pocket radios.

Very nice micro radio, supply by button cells. Very nicely built, sounds well.
